Based in Boca Raton, Florida, Wade has three decades of experience working in the technology industry and five years of podcast production experience. During his career, Wade has served in many roles, from individual contributor to company founder and most things in between. For the past 15 years, Wade has been a technology leader and cultural change agent working for the biggest tech companies, including AT&T, Intel, Sprint, Instructure, and most recently, BetterUp.

The founding of B-Grade Media came out of a desire to provide a space where would-be creators with great ideas but little in the way of resources or experience could get the help and support they need to bring their creations to life.
